Nusa trans cargo is the best shipping cargo I've ever used! Great service from the staff and the goods come safely.

This company told us - they have already experiences with shipping to Baleares (Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca (Spain)), but at the end - NO - absolutely no!!!!!First of all - the loading of the container tooks several weeks. The progress was very very slow!When the container arrived in Spain Mainland - we had to wait for the papers for custom (import) - the paperwork was not correctly done by Nusa Trans Cargo - so we had to pay for the additional time (weeks) the container was at Spain mainland for custom clearance. It was not our fault - but the People from Nusa Trans were not helpful and no experts, as they promised us before. Finally we had to pay for there unprofessional handling and there mistakes. It costs us additional thousands of Euros for there very slow handling - until the import was cleared by customs finally ..... Also we had to pay for another handling agent at Spain Mainland to get the container out of custom. We made a contract with Nusa Trans Cargo, that they made all the handling down to PALMA DE MALLORCA. Door to Door! BUT we paid for nothing! If we do not agree with the handling agent in Spain - hired by Nusa Trans Cargo - they told us they will destroy our materials.The insurance we made with them - did not work with the broken parts....no good deal at all!!!!! Don't trust them!!! We can not recommend this company for shipping.Also 2 Big Parts are missing and we never received them or the money for this 2 parts.
